Saturday was the North Texas Kayak Bass Fishing tournament on the Brazos River.  It was so much fun I wish we could all get together once a month.  I ended up catching around 20 fish.  Unfortunately, all but 1 was 10 1/2 inches and under.  My 3 fish scored a whopping 36 inches.  It was great day on a beautiful stretch of river.
Check out the pics and as always you can check out more of my photography on my website at http://www.dustindoskocilphotography.com/

Cheers,

Good Friends

I'm very lucky to have the group of friends that I have and to have had them for so long.  We don't all live in the same state and we can't all always be there but its always a good time when a few or more of us can get together to eat, drink and have a good time.

Rain Out at Mineral Wells

My pops and I went out to Mineral Wells the other day and with a 30% chance of rain it came.  We were getting bites all morning then when it started raining we caught back to back bass.  Then it started pouring and lightning.  We quickly got off the water and waited for a lull in the storm and headed back to the truck.  Again we waited it out for about 20 minutes and got to fish for another hour or so without any luck before rain came crashing down again.

A Rough day on the Water

I fished Lake Arlington with Guillermo Gonzalez the other day with little luck on the day.  The water was rough and fishing even rougher.  Between the two of us he caught on bass.  However, I did catch some great shots.
