My buddy Guillermo took me on my first duck hunt the other day and now I'm hooked. The whole process was great. We started off on kayaks, picked a spot and waited. Shooting skeet has always been fun but it was great to actually put those skills to good use. Plus the taste of wild duck is amazing. It was great going with someone that knows what he is doing and could show me the ropes as well as safe and ethical practices. I know notice myself looking up at the sky and when I see a duck flying through the air I imagine where he or she might be heading. I found a new hobby. Not like I needed one.
