New York Catfish

Night 5

I took that catfish from the tank back.  I cleaned it and washed it in the natural spring creek that runs in front of Clint's house then handed it over to the master chef.

Clint made his Super Soy Asian Lovin Catfish Marinade.



He opened up the fish and sliced into it for proper marinating.




Marinated for 30 minute while the grill got hot. 


Ground wasabi, lemon, butter, cilantro 


And olive oil


On the grill for about 45 minute



Then we took pictures while it rested.



It is on my list of top 5 meals of all time for sure. 


Mixed with a little rice and bok choy for a midnight snake 


Gotta love this guy.
